Interviewing Nielsen Emplpyees about Racism

I run a YT channel about Nielsen and am interested in hearing about current and past Nielsen employees' experience with racism within Nielsen. When I worked at Nielsen my manager called me a racial slur. I contacted CEO and HR about racism and discrimination and was fired shortly after. I was wondering if anyone else can share their experiences. Thank you.

Most corporations are racist especially to people of color. Somehow no matter how many credentials or how hard you work, you are not good enough. They love pretty lies and toxic positivity. Mentally weak people fear truth and are usually wicked. The uber nepotism will continue. There is no hope to resolve any racism except by monetary settlement that should be paid to the people who were unlucky enough to have to work there and endure it. When this company falls it will be biblical. Anyone reading please find other streams of incomes because corporations hate you unless you're a bestie from their own entitled, narcissistic and possibly psychopathic circle. A reckoning is coming and I don't need to read the bible to know it. I won't say anymore.

"Dude let it rest. We know all about your vendetta against your manager but this was years ago at this point. Move on and get a life." This is the absolute best thing I have read on this website!

Nielsen treats most employees badly. It uses the identity politics to distract from how Nielsen treats everyone.

Cheryl Grace sued Nielsen a while back due to not being promoted. She is African American. She settled her lawsuit with Nielsen and left the company.

Tracy Staines SVP "People Leader" doesn't seem to care about racism and discrimination at Nielsen. In fact she was there on the call when I was fired. Nielsen should hire more ethical HR leaders.

Racial slurs are only one form of racism. You should speak about discrimination in promotions. People with accents and H-1B status are hired at much lower pay and are rarely promoted. They are forced in their same positions for many years. If a good Samaritan comes along and promotes them, they are terminated during orchestrated orgs. A handful of "leaders" at the top are responsible for this. They need to be named and exposed.
