They got us all on a call on May 5 to tell us the great news that 15% of us would be kicked out. We were told this would happen on May 15 but wasnt complete on that day. There are still countries in EMEA who are waiting and the company seems tio have decided to communicate nothing. Do you have any idea how much stress that creates or is it that you just dont care?

it would require a lot of competency something that the micromanagers and microdirectors of this company lack of. during covid they did the same in krk site, they send the hr manager home because of this. this hr director is still in her position despite doing the procedure much worse of this other person that was fired. they need a lot of eggs thrown on their face. they are worse than lazy politicians
It was clear in the initial announcement that certain countries have different labor laws & thus will be affected later.

This is ridiculous. I can only say, they will see many good people leaving after this layoff. Everyone is frustrated and having no trust and confidence in the leadership. I loved working for Sabre but I have no hope that Kurt and the rest of ELT will lead us in the right direction. Already had first interviews….
