Anyone else have their job title change from BOH to selling without them knowing? Then when you ask it’s just BIG changes coming June 1 for the best :/

Here in the Bay the store managers have been directed to move people into open roles when the store is over in a different area. The ISM changes from last year make it crazy as stores now have front of house and back of house support, with everyone doing the same workload, just in different staffing groups. The biggest challenge with being moved from a BOH role to a FOH Support Position is that your support manager is no longer doing your schedule, now your schedule is being done by the system and you will see closing and weekend shifts, just like someone on the sales team.
Nobody should be moved without their consent, but if your store is like ours, the district boss only cares about their stores looking like they are at staffing plan with little consideration for the people.
