Thread regarding MetLife Inc. layoffs

This is getting ridiculous

Personally, I have never before experienced so much pressure from a manager to fill out the survey. You?

"Excess mortality rates are on the rise. Many countries are reporting an unprecedented amount of deaths, UK 2,500 a week. The company reported in Q1 excess mortalities in group life. This trend is going to continue. All the anti-vaxer haters - save it. These deaths are not be cause of an increase in the flu."
And you know this how? What empirical evidence do you have other than what you're getting off TikTok? Are you even bothering to look at the major players in this area? Stop getting your 'evidence' from MSM and pull your head out of the sand.
You're embarrassing yourself.

One year the head of my department’s results were embarrassingly abysmal. And then was promoted the following year to VP. How’s that work?

The people in charge keep everything ‘close’ so only a very few know what’s going on so there never is any transparency.

It’s a very sick working environment of backstabbing and games. Trust absolutely nothing you are told. Skilled liars.

If you can, get out asap before the economy tanks this year.

@2dqs+1mHTVcC6 Glint, the survey administrator provides a dashboard, so leadership and HR can view responses in real-time. So yeah, there is certainly some monkey business going on for several weeks. Then there's the strategic cascading of the false narrative, first comes the CEO in a LTL, then the business head in a town hall, then the department head....notice that your manager won't communicate results out of that order. Control must be in order, at all times.

I wondered why it takes so long from survey closing to getting results.

I mean, it's all on computers, right?

@1ndb+1mHTVcC6 is spot on, "ELT / SLT / Comms all spend weeks sanitizing the My Voice results to fit their fake internal narrative."

Why else would it take so long?

@1ndb+1mHTVcC6 Not a Facebook user, but I hopped over there just to see what you are talking about.

I know that people with bad experiences are more likely to post on FB, but WOW. There's a lot of anger out there, and it looks like for good reasons.

You are right.

Thank you for confirming what has long been highly suspected. Results are manipulated to serve their narrative. It’s a public company owned by shareholders so it must keep a poker face to them and employees. A scripted and well acted show .

ELT / SLT / Comms all spend weeks sanitizing the My Voice results to fit their fake internal narrative. Check out their official Facebook page and the plethora of actual customer comments. Truth for all to see. Hiring cheap and sleeping on technology advances have its consequences.

They know who’s filled it out and who has not filled it out. Why so desperate for your feedback? Their $ depends on it.
