SKY Airlines to migrate to Sabre PSS - who will deliver?

https://www.sabre.com/insights/releases/sky-airline-expands-sabre-distribution-agreement-and-adopts-sabresonic-passenger-service-system/

How do you migrate a new customer to the Sabre PSS when you have just laid off the best people to do such a migration? I'm sure Sabre will get it done somehow, but if I was SKY, I'd be having second thoughts on my decision. For Sabre, it will be a painful delivery, to be sure.

The sad thing is Sabre sucks the life and confidence out of people by laying off and then hiring back because the specialist have no where to go then are laid off again. Good thing for more specialist is they are finding new careers and opportunities. Going to be hard on new customers who expect experienced people to teach how to use but not enough around to handle. Sad situation..

When Alt Italia migrated to Sabre in 2017, they re-hired people they had fired in Layoffs. They fired many of those people again. The paper-pushers sitting at VP, Director and other managerial positions know who work and can get thing done, its just that they make them fell insecure.
