From a scale or 1-10, how would you rate HR? And what praise or criticism do you have about Nielsen's HR department?

HR does absolutely nothing when it comes to how managers treat MR’s. In our market we had multiple people go on leave because of one manager and they still keep her around. Even with proof of retaliation and favoritism. They got rid of a wonderful leader like Nicole, but keep pos like this around. I use to love Nielsen and drank the kool-aide, times are a changing.
I give them a one! Many of the current issues have been caused by PX people who were scared of the Call Center Leader and destroyed the Call Centers. Kristina in Tampa destroyed moral and opened the door to non accountable employees.
