The de-EMCfication is almost complete.
I do not want to sound rude but this sounds like "de-nazification"..

Unfortunately , so many EMC guys who are experts in politics and backstabbing have spread to other Orgs and are now involved in laying off other employees.
Dell will never succeed until every EMC politics player is removed from Dell.
Currently Talent and skills are not being considered for hiring.
There were some Layoffs in June. Much larger and broader next week and +3weeks.
The de-EMCfication is almost complete.
If results are below expected then they could be, otherwise they are budgeted for.
