Only to get told everything you were hired for now doesnt exists (rto, promotion opportunities) then having the weasel managers secretly monitor your every activity so they can find a way to get rid of you. USAA really did su---r a lot of workers in and threw them away like trash when they completed their consent order.

Bank compliance is a joke. All the smart people were let go or left. The new contract compliance reps could give a rats a$$ about USAA, the consent order, or any of USAAs draconian over reaction BCC procedures.
This bi--h is taking on water and the big bank reject executives are too busy lining their pockets notice. Or they notice and just don’t care.
First hand knowledge of the check the box solutions this company and management executes makes the idea that any consent order would be lifted laughable…
