November 2023.
Apparently we are not done. I was just notified that I’m impacted. This may be the start of a second wave that was fleetingly mentioned back in May. Our team was significantly impacted back in May. I almost feel sorry for who’s left.
Why so many Directors in USA in the first place. Too many chiefs managing each other and now no workers or projects to manage.
Layoffs will continue till all US based workers are gone. Only directors and above will somehow be left to manage offshore employees and contractors. This is inevitable.
Layoffs will be perpetual until the goal of 50/50 BLR to KRK completes writing has been on the wall since Putin joined.
I would say end of Q4 (December). They'll use Q3 to evaluate how savings, stock price, and travel is going. And if it's still not working, they'll cut again to try to start 2024 differently. Everyone needs to get out while you can.
Please call the Teamsters union in Washington D.C. and request an organizer to start a campaign. Once that starts, you’d be surprised at the protections you have, even before if you don’t win the election. Do the research for yourself. They are the only protection for the working class office personnel
probably end of summer.. they mentioned 50m cost of lay offs for this year and 20m for next year. they don't have any chance to make those 200m savings per year
Is there any chance we're done?
