Management continually insults my team by performing assessments on what we do, how we do it and if the task has value or is needed. The insult is not because of the questioning, but them hiding behind an excuse of “I want to learn”. My apologies, but if you are going to support a team, you should know the business. It’s clear a knowledge transfer exercise is being done to support a budget review and layoff decision. Quit hiding behind these lies and own up to the truth…. Have some honesty and integrity!
