Only Bank gets a year’s salary… definitely not ERC.
This is from the 700 that were laid off two months ago. The 60-day nonwork agreement has been fulfilled, so people would no longer have access to their USAA computers, so they are letting others know goodbye for the last time.
The ones I heard about today were NOT in the original March layoff

Well, until their 6mo non-compete expires, and they pop up at another company on their LinkedIn.
So if you are in erc and get layed off you get to hang around for two months and still get paid and get a years salary???
At this point, it is safe to say anyone in EMG who "retires" was not a real retirement.

a few of my colleagues last day was this week and they just abruptly left with mo farewell. I wonder if they were fired?
