If anyone received an email to describe your job duties, that is NOT a good thing, especially if it comes after a re-org. That occurred in my previous area last July and 3 weeks later an entire team of business process consultants were given 60 days notice. And with the rumor of layoffs coming later this month, I feel for everyone.

Please God let them pick me!!! I’m tired. I don’t want to work 80-100 weeks anymore because we laid off support staff. I would love to be on the layoff list!

Job duties? Ok of your manager , managers manager, or your vp has no idea what you do day in or day out, maybe THEY should be the first to go…
God, I so do not miss that.
they just let a few people go in my Lob after having meetings about their "performance" which doesn't make sense since we have no work. Yes the employment is "at will" but if you file an eeoc complaint it forces them to reveal their methodology for who they are firing
