And of course there is a trickle down effect where you have inept leadership in the Middle East, UK, WES, Germany etc etc that shouldn't be let anywhere near customers, just look at their big projects / engagements - CAPs everywhere, no resource, negative millions revenue and when another problem rises the leadership throw the project teams under the bus. Look what happened when AM wanted to visit customers, he couldn't see anyone without NAL and the ASL's shadowing.....

Dubai have been smart which is painful to admit but they have surrounded themselves with subservient individuals that wouldnt get their roles in any other organisation !

The most troubling thing I’ve read is that only now are questions being asked about Dubais ability to lead a Sales Organisation! They have no ability to run anything - anybody could’ve told AM that in August last year and I’m totally shocked he couldn’t see that and instead promoted them. Absolute Train Wreck!

So any one knows how much cash they bring in. How many of cloud customers are happy with avaya. Did avaya signup new customers. I guess more layoff will take place.

You're crazy if you think Masarek is walking away from his MIP. If you read Theo's post from Christmas he's going to get 10% equity in this new privately held company. The shares that he wiped out through this bankruptcy scheme are going directly into his wallet...no employee should forget that, especially the next time he tr--s out the "Destination Place to Work" garbage.

If he had ANY concern, they should be issuing new equity to employees to offset ESPP and RSUs that got wiped out.

I reckon Masawreck quits if the 90 day timeline is missed. ..

Don't forget the retail and employee investors that got absolutely screwed here, creating the best BS in the industry by robbing them of their life savings

I can't imagine the plaintiffs settling WITHOUT insisting on disclosure of assets moved to Dubai and Saudi Arabia
It all smells of a criminal enterprise

E-X-A-C-T-L-Y!!!!
It was baffling when everyone did a victory lap simply b/c the judge gave the nod to allow Avaya to TRY to Restructure.

TRY is Key Word.

They still need to settle with all creditors and the big shareholders, institutional investors and any group that filed a claim prior to the deadline. Lead Plaintiff Firm is Robbins Geller Goodman & Dowd.
26 days to go. If they all to come to terms BK is extended indefinitely.

SEC has shared little. But they HAVE confirmed to those who filed FOIA requests that information isn't being released because LAW ENFORCEMENT are leading the case.
This ain't the BK and Move on of 2017. This is a deep vortex of a sh--e show

Leadership is drowning under whistleblower complaints and these all need to be resolved before we come out of Ch11. Kirkland & Ellis are pushing very hard to resolve all the complaints but the more they dig the more bad stuff comes out...

Also, Masawreck is now having to deal with an absolutely shocking 1H for bookings and an even worse Q3 outlook - Avaya simply isn't generating enough cash and this coupled with hemoraging clients and disaffected partners makes the outlook pretty dire.

Lastly, the Barcelona " Future Force " extravaganza has produced a big nothing burger and zero motivation has trickled down to the folks that matter and now serious questions are being asked about Dubais ability to run a global sales organisation......
