Thread regarding Kyndryl layoffs

Overpaid CEO

Kyndryl CEO Martin Schroeter had a compensation package of over 26 million in 2021, or 452 times the average Kyndryl worker! The average for a company of Kyndryl's size is 6.82 million. This guy is a poor-performing clown and this is how he is rewarded? With layoffs happening this year?! He needs to be fired.

IBM CEO Arvind Krishna made 17.5 that same year. So Martin got paid 9 more for a company that is roughly 42 times smaller. https://m.economictimes.com/news/company/corporate-trends/ibm-ceo-arvind-krishnas-total-compensation-drops-by-a-million-to-16-5-million-in-2022/articleshow/98597169.cms
