Just remember you can file for unemployment the day after your last day at work.

Don't let this place make you think you have to wait for your severance to run out before filing.

Of course you should sign it and get your money. Nothing says they even HAVE to give you severence. Sign it and move on with your life. I lived an entire year on my severence pkg - that was 4 years ago. Unless you are independently wealthy, and listen to the fools on this forum that say get a lawyer. Good luck to you.

Let’s see what one could be gagged for. Lil T was told to cut operation expense. Instead of eliminating management level which would get 2.5 to 4 times per body he decided to keep them and offshore whole frontline of kinetic noc. Either a deal is in work to sell and noc had a number the other company didn’t want or bottom line is being made attractive with results in August to show after severance with hope a dump to another equity firm.

only the C suite needs to be cautious on these kind of agreements.. The rest of us can sign and blab all they want.

I haven't gotten my paper yet on the gag order, what is on that thing? They said we wouldn't get it until the last week, which seems crazy to me but what do I know.

You should sign it and collect the money. You can talk how you want though. You can’t be silenced. It was ruled agreements like that are unconstitutional. Look at a post several posts down or google it. NRLB

You are on the first half of the titanic, that is your life boat, you absolutely should sign it and do what's best for you.

We who are left 2nd half are equally distraught about this situation. There are jobs out there though. Find something and don't look back.
