At hooksett we have no trust in middle management
Last week was an example of it 3 meetings and three different perspectives
The real ? Is when will upper management realize this and do something

When are people going to realize that management does not have your best interest in mind. wake up sheeple
Looks like the management in hooksett answered with two replies you have to wonder how long that shop will be open when you have a QEM a week and the scrap keeps piling up when will it be noticed especially when most of the older managers were brought in by their daddy’s and bring their own kids in inbreeding has been proven wrong so many times but hey the end of the year is coming soon aviation will be a stand alone and have to make money so scraping half your work may be noticed then what did Randy Hobbs call hooksett the titanic he may have been right
Well life is to short to work in a mistrustful environment. What is the solution? I mean, we all go through ups and downs. Nobody is performing at peak output all the time. Iife takes its toll from all of us at all levels. So why the mistrust? Aren't we on the same team? Let's not beat each other up when we are down. How about walking up along side a person who seems to be struggling and share the load. What's not to trust?
Aviation is full of mistrust.
I haven't seen that in the aviation side. Cant speak to the power situation.
Try working in North Carolina plant where lean means pass every single part even if it was scrap 5 years ago. Management is literally letting people ship parts without even looking at them.
Whatever you do don't trust your management or fellow employees that follow them to help in any way.
