freddys best song

a sale associate who sold 900k in suits back when they had commissions lost his job today.. why? arguing with a manager.. truth : he was making $30 plus a hour cause of his former commission now turn hourly resulted in 30 or more a hour. No BS, at our store we have multiple suit associates grandfathered in at over $35/ hour because of their previous commission turned hourly. The management team steady tried to get them to be a supervisor, lead, captain due to the rate and they alway turned it down because it wasn’t worth the headache. Plus he earned the 1 million bonus structure each year so no point! Lol
