Frost could benefit from some restructuring.
They have many long-time managers without college degrees or certifications.

Frost recently gave out bonuses. They didn't show metrics or explain how recipients were selected.
They could do a better job explaining how some decisions are made.
I have been at frost for about 13 years and have never seen an excel file showing my departments production and quality numbers.
