Scurfield owned all the Transformation initiatives and all the key objectives.... He didn't deliver on any of them. He was kept around as a meat shield for Caesar...

Scurfield was the CCO, you can say he had an overinflated title or a BS title, but you can't say he wasn't c-level. He did have VPs and VPs with VPs reporting to him. Even though his whole org, minus a few people, could probably go away and no one would even notice.

Sales, BDM's, Directors, and Senior Directors are all getting addressed today. Silent layoff/reorg pushing people out ... focused on sales reorganization for now.
