If my schedule gets changed by my manager one more time in the middle of the week without him even bothering to let me know in advance, I'm quitting. I'll just stop showing up altogether. I don't need this cr-p and I don't need to be yelled at for something that was 100% not my fault.

Always the big performance to say you are PO at the store like the rest of us..........if you're going to quit, just quit.
Have you left yet?
No need to announce you are quitting… just go.
If you are in California contact the California State Labor Board. Your manager can't due that in California. Sears tried the same thing and got in trouble in California. I know. I was one of the Sears employees that filed a complaint with the CA State Labor Board.
Well, it goes to HR which will notify the manager there’s a problem. If managers are changing schedules last minute it should be communicated to the colleague. Reliability should not be affected.
Really?
Changing the schedule is the norm now, 30hrs to 24hrs, 20hrs to 8 to 10hrs, who are you going to tell that will help.
If you’re having an issue with your manager do a Solutions in Store on inSite. Make sure to have proof that your schedule was changed last minute.(Print out what it was when it first posted)
OK
I could set the building on fire.
