I think that it’s become clear that Altice no longer has much actual leadership left. They’re a few real good folks left but their hands are tied by senior management that has little interest in operations, employees or customers. Money is great but at some point you’ve got to bite the bullet and get a move on.
Left the company, paid off my remaining balance and returned my equipment. But somehow I’m still being billed by the company for service I no longer have. Spoke to five people who told me that I’m still being charged for service even though I no longer have the equipment. G.O.A.T!!!!
Sorry “proposed” not filed , but it’s coming .
New class action lawsuit filed in WV. Way to go Altice. Seems like there’s at least one a year .
New areas only. Not existing areas.
The video service has been on the way out for a few years, there is no profit in it anyway. Altice has far worse problems than deciding whether to continue to offer video service. The entire organization is on the verge of collapse and in my opinion will not be around 3 years from now. The mountain of debt, the continued shedding of subscribers and the inability of the “leaders” to lead this company will continue to be an insurmountable hurdle. And the employees that are left will be the ones who suffer from the fall out.
