This dude is one of the most brilliant dudes ever. This guy has held the reigns for years. Put the company thru bankruptcy, laid off thousands and have affected so many families. He even mowed his own grass and boasted about it. Oh and took his little trip out of the country and posted that as well. Max is doing great. The owners of this place even loves this dude or he wouldn't even be here. I would venture to say that Mr. Ford would be very disappointed

TT has a golden parachute in his contract which makes it more expensive to get rid of him than to keep him. That is why he is still here. Corporate Stupidity can ki-l a company, and with windstream, there sure is alot of that from the upper managers and TT.
How about how we are now scrambling to forge the numbers to make it look like we are really giving customers the speed we promised when we took all that govt money and didn't do sh-t with it but spent it on bonuses and useless salaries. Lmao we are going to be fined big if we cant prove the speed. Oh no spare pairs to test? Just take a customer out of service to run the test. Customer on copper but can get cable bb then by all means test it on the cable and not copper. What a bunch of crooks and then you email asking me to tell Glassdoor how great it is to work here? All of this after you give sh---y 3% raises and no one can figure out why morale is so low or why we hate it here? No, this is not a prison but some people don't have a choice of jobs in their area because we are a "rural" provider.
Or how time to repair and install started stretching so they stopped including weekends and holidays in the calculation to bring it back down. I'm sure the board was informed of their change in methodology.
