I was let off the RIF in Feb and was performing and hitting numbers. Let’s just say there is ZERO loyalty at Netapp and middle management has no power or ability to influence decisions (district managers and Regional Dir). If you think you’re special or that you have some role that is safe you’re delusional. I recommend anyone reading this get their resume and house in order…there are much better companies with competent leadership who truly lead and are transparent with their employees. Sadly, that no longer exists at NetApp. Good luck!
