Do you think an A-player would come to Avaya? The best they can hope for is store manager from a rural Dollar Store. CEO couldn't get hired for 2 years before Avaya rocked-up. Losers take jobs at loser companies.

I've never seen a company pivot to a new theme of incestuous hiring as a standard operating practice as much as Avaya. Just another data point that there is ZERO Human Resources
