Can’t officially confirm but definitely big warning signs of layoffs coming.

I can honestly say the work at home target employees are the most unproductive coffee guzzling people out there. I am in the home service industry and target "work at home" employees are doing anything but working. Time for a reality check, you guys have been slacking so long the wake up call is brutal. You will find out why they call it "work" haha
Our DC has been really watching attendance and prod, losing 3-5 each week by going the CA/FW/Fired route. It su-ks for morale, but at least we are getting our hours back!
I can officially confirm that this is a time waster
What was said in the town hall meeting?
Sure are. Did you hear what was said in the town hall meeting?
Here at the DC they have slowly been reducing headcount by not backfilling OMs and TMs for the past 6+ months. Most days they get TMs to volunteer flex. Doesn’t seem like they will need to do anything drastic at this point, but doesn’t seem to be getting much better either.
I mean we will probably feel this way… but do you have any examples? Our team effectively cut 4 FTEs from a 16 person group by not hiring backfills since early 2022.
Details, please.
Like what, specifically (other than the stock price being in the toilet)?
