Managing directors never in the office, and when they do they never speak to anyone unless on zoom. Not even a fake hello in the hallway….and the money the spend for hotels, high end dinners, etc. to do nothing worthwhile is amazing with”their people”
EDs the same thing. - nothing to make the business move or develop people
VPS. Same as well but they get a better pay by still occupying a desk or office and not talking in person even when on site,
The ability to talk to people like humans is lost, development is non existent…..which should be a HUGE point in culture.
But there is no culture when in the office now, so let’s switch days to replicate the same behaviors we already have and make life more miserable and destroy work balance / home balance and some type of schedule at home
But if they we phrase its really commercial real estate valu vs people assets?

Leaders -VP and above only are about them - and solely them. It’s a disgrace to be treated like a number vs a person.
Leading by example does’t exist here…….caring about people doesn’t exist here .
Titles are accumulated by years. Hence the minimums to move vs performance
And with so many bad leaders (without basic skills but a title), the place makes the environment even worse. And the Humans of Chase is a bad excuse to build that culture alone….
