Thread regarding 7-Eleven, Inc. layoffs


The Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Act helps ensure advance notice in cases of qualified mass layoffs. The U.S. Department of Labor has compliance assistance materials to help workers and employers understand their rights and responsibilities under the provisions of WARN.

Has anyone seen the WARN notice from last July? If not filed, a major lawsuit can be initiated where every laid off person can get up to 60 day back pay.
