I know it's not easy to be laid off. It is a very stressful time for everyone. I know great people who were cut and who feel it's their own fault. No, it's not!
Don't take layoffs personally and keep in mind that you certainly deserve better than this. There is a life outside of this place!

I was laid off from another of the big 3 houses a few years ago and it was the bet thing to happen to me. I found new employment at a much healthier company and you likely will too. Remember, layoffs rarely addresses the underlying issue...an inability to meet market needs/raise revenue (while it does cut expenses). Go on, take the money and run to a healthier company.
This thread might get pulled due to comments but the irony of putting out global training yesterday involving trust is not lost on me.
I’d have zero hard feelings if they’d maintained the severance I had a few weeks ago. But they pulled the rug out from under us to save a buck. People could lose their homes because of this. Andy Bird is a fu----g piece of sh-t.
This was personal. Appreciate the support but they could not have made this any more personal. I hope there are people willing to fight this.
