Is it true that corporate HR has take over Hooksett HR are they finally realizing they have an infestation there or is it just another rumor

In Hooksett they are jumping ship it’s all good if you can wait 7 years to get paid your full rate like the lazy sh-t next to you leave as soon as you realize you just a number an under paid number for 7 years 6 years to het the ten percent for off shift oh just imagine how well they will be doing as a stand alone can you say Hooksett closes because of bad workman ship or just stupid management or both

Culpable has came and went. The dog and pony show was successful and it ended on the last day when a disgruntled employee overturned the tables of the money changers in the air conditioned circus tent.

Yeah Child support can be a pain. Fortunately I only have a few months left so I can just pay that out of my savings if anything happens.

Not everyone is replaceable. True. But unfortunately I was. I did something stupid and now I have to tell my baby mommas not to expect the same amount of child support from here on out. Oh well, back to court.

No not everyone is replaceable. You lose the wrong people and the company weakens. You will obviously be in business but you won't be as good. Maybe not efficient enough to survive mid to long term. Definitely the costs incurred would far outweigh the money saved by salary reductions. I've fielded enough international cries for help and seen enough misapplied talent to understand this.

It must be rather boring for HR to sit for hours looking at camera footage of workers taking their breaks, timing it, and comparing it towards their vouchering. Then call Corporate for the green light for termination and call the unfortunate employee to never return to work. Plaster his / her picture in an email, humiliating him/ her, and adding insult to injury. All the while his/ her fellow ex-coworkers snicker, joke, and show no compassion for the careless one who will be destined to a menial low paying job because of a low skill set. I hear wailing and gnashing of teeth.
