Fun fact - P66 pays people to turn off the light switches in Bville Mon-Fri. The light switches in HQ become motion activated at night so you have to stand up and flail your arms to turn them back on every 15 minutes to keep working.

Attrition is down and I am not hearing of people of consequence leaving. People leave companies of our size every day. And new people come in. It happens. It is not nearly as dire as you suggest and likely this is the only place you have worked. The grass is certainly not greener elsewhere. Leave and find out.

Nope I'll take on that role. I love the area and the pay is pretty good. The noise up top is just that NOISE. I'm an oil and gas OG and will be here unless I get that severance package.
