I'd love to think that my leader gave me RSU's with my merit because they want to keep me long term, but I'm also not naive enough to think that my recent RSU's are an indication of career stability. I'm in sales. I'm smart enough to know that I'm just a number & right now, I would be at the top of my own list.. So why would I get RSU's? Should I feel any sort of warm & fuzzies? Because, I don't.

I hate RSUs. Take forever to vest and chances are you'll never get to cash them all in. Sometimes companies redo their bonus structure and put more weight in RSUs than bonus.
