For anyone on Peraton TSA contract (and their subs) be aware they are at least $45+ million over budget. The current plan is for salary cuts and layoffs December 2023.
I strongly encourage anyone there to protect and prepare yourself. Cuts were already made earlier this year. But don't worry, upper management and executives are safe as usual.
Worst company ever! They don't care about the employee but only the investor company Veritas Capital which is a multi billion investment company. They are cutting salaries from 21 to 50%. People are leaving the TSA IMPACT II contract in droves. They do not value their employees!
Yep, round 3 is happening now. More salary reduction and layoffs. So far, Peraton has been the worst company and I have been on this contract for 15+ years. There is no communication from the upper management to employees. Think twice before accepting an offer from this company on TSA Impact II contract!
