We've been slashing jobs left and right – three rounds of layoffs this year already. Every time there's an "all hands" meeting, my anxiety goes through the roof 'cause layoffs usually follow. It's a rollercoaster of stress, and it's taking a toll on my mental and physical health. The missus thinks I should start hunting for a new gig. What do you guys reckon? Stick around and hope for the best, or start packing up my desk ASAP?

Honestly I would start looking. It’s always easier to find a job when you have a job.
You're probably good until the new year at the latest. Holiday season is around the corner and LC won't want to be the ones who laid off people during the holidays.
However, beware of January, that's when the first round was this year and I totally wouldn't be surprised if there's another. The stock price has tanked, no major leadership changes, the economy isn't miraculously gonna get more favorable for LC. All signs point to probably another one in the new year.
Get out while the getting is good, in my opinion.
