I was wondering how women who have worked for this company over the years have dealt with the situation. And why it was so difficult for women to move up the ranks?
Does anyone have any insight on this?
And how is the company today, do they treat their employees better or worse as what the previous posts indicate?

I was sent a message about this page and it is all true.
Thank God they forced New England's Regional manager to retire, she was the worst and hired mo--ns for store managers.
It's amazing this company still exists after everything I've read and heard about it.
It must be really brutal for employees. There are so many better places now and many have unions to protect them!
