TAP grad supposed to get offer for perm placement. No one will provide update, and no one seems to know anything.

What is the Technology Analyst Program (TAP)?
TAP is a leading technology rotational program that recruits high potential individuals from top universities
Throughout the program TAP participants will develop a breadth and depth of IT skills and capabilities required to excel in the workforce
Over 24 months TAP participants will complete three rotations of their choosing in different Technology Departments, each eight months long, to gain the knowledge, experience, and skills needed to graduate into 1 of 11 full-time roles
TAP participants graduating into the same full-time role will join a cohort that serves as a community throughout the program

Frankly I’m surprised we’re still in business. Having incompetent leaders can be fun, that is until your job goes away when the company implodes, like we did in 2008.
Yes it was
All TAP placements sitting on PZ desk for approval. Our CEO micromanages E.V.E.R.Y.T.H.I.N.G. Seriously
Yes, mistake. Wish I would have found this website before making my mistake
Depends on what you want.
If a long term opportunity it was a mistake.
If just a couple of years of experience to then bounce elsewhere for more money, opportunity and flexibility it is not a bad decision.
See previous posts about HR. That should answer your question.
I can assure you it was a mistake
