Flexport is laying off around 20% of its staff. That's about 650 employees who are losing their jobs. Flexport says they grew too fast during the pandemic and are now "rightsizing" to cut costs. But employees say it's chaos there, with constant reorgs and leadership changes. Morale is supposedly really low, especially after Flexport acquired Deliverr from Shopify earlier this year.
