I have been a field based employee for Omnicell since 2007. My current management team has been di-king around with how they want me to track my time and I'm not at all happy about it. My scheduled shift is 8-5 Monday/Friday during which time I must be available. I am on call the rest of the day outside those hours. Lately they are pushing a general rule that I should be charging only one hour per day for "ADMIN" work. Even though I must be available from 8-5 they only want to pay me one hour that day. They will however guarantee 40 hours of pay for the week. However, if I work a fifteen hour day one and then a full eight hours three of the four other days that week and only one hour of ADMIN time on the last day that week I would get no overtime. That's because they want to use the seven extra hours for the fifteen hour to complete the one hour ADMIN day.
How do you know it is 150 in German manufacturing?
Greed, Greed Greed. Let go of the people that brought you that success and were so loyal...and Randy complains about how much money HE is losing. WTF. Formal CFO greed followed by a bunch of yes men, and finance team that does not know how to determine revenue goals. Using a model over 20 years old.
Sorry to hear that you are experiencing this. As a long-time Omnicell employee, it's painful to see one mistake after another by Randy. The blame goes to him. He should beg the people he laid off in 2017 to come back and fix this mess.
The current executive leadership is terrible, and self-serving. Randy knows nothing about the employees who work the company and hides from coming to Global Sales Meetings.
I heard Omnicell diluted their own stock to pay off debt. Lawsuits, Ransomware issues, and not paying sales commissions.
A great company gone bad. Hope leadership has trouble sleeping tonight.
