Splunk layoffs hit senior workers in San Francisco, Silicon Valley

Splunk's Bay Area workforce is taking one on the chin amid the company's latest downsizing.

The San Francisco-based software company last week announced plans to cut about 560 employees, 7% of its global workforce. Now, newly posted California employment filings show that roughly a quarter of those cuts are based in offices in San Francisco and Silicon Valley, and many of them are senior positions.

I am not going the legal route. Not worth my time. I can't imagine no one else is, from this round. Snowflake looks like is looking at a lawsuit because women of a certain demographic were targeted.
