This is your periodic reminder that Emerging Energy has gone absolutely nowhere in 2 years and is going absolutely nowhere.
This is supposed to be 2 billion dollar a year business.

Playing it safe is all well and good but how is that going to create a 2 billion dollar a year business?
Referencing the Sweeny commenter.
That all makes sense. Those are the kinds of things leadership needs to communicate better. Every site seems to be in its own little world. Other than my IT or a few HR friends who speak to people at every location, nobody has any idea what is happening anywhere but locally.
The strategy is enrich the ELT who have ownership or stake in all JVs they hand pick. That’s working out really well for employees….
Feels like a safer approach to the market trends of wasteful investments made by other majors only to pull back on commitments. EE has made no such wasteful investments so far and further more is protecting/advancing P66 refining interests. I am from Sweeny refining and I hear about EE all the time.
Surprised "Z" was put in charge after the debacle she created in IT.
I thought they renamed it submerging energy?
You can always count on Z to make a mess out of anything she touches.
They've cut nearly half of our R&D folks, so I'm not sure WHY research and development (R&D for those of you in the back) would be floundering. Isn't ERI "optimized" now?
P66 has/had an amazing research center. Now, corporate leadership has chopped off its ba--s while still telling employees that it will be a prize bull.
At least our $200MM NOVONIX investment is performing well.
