It is the Finland "Nokia Management" cultural way of dealing with customer is what is causing Nokia to lose big customers. It is the attitude of "We ARE Nokia" and "You are only the customer" that pizzes off the USA customers.
Nokia upper management is trying to downplay AT&T loss as a nothing burger, but Nokia will not recover from AT&T and Verizon loss. They have been trying everything possible to get back Verizon with so many demos and meeting, but Verizon does not want Nokia. And now, the same goes for AT&T as it partners with Fujitsu and Ericsson. T-mobile recently said, that they have a good relationship with both Nokia and Ericsson, but are moving towards a cheaper option less costlier option which O-RAN can provide. I translate this to, soon to be another customer lost on the Nokia end-2-end RAN product. And if Nokia did get any part of the O-RAN from T-mobile, it would never make up on the profit margins and revenues it once made with the end-2-end RU+RAN+Core products. Which basically translates to more USA layoffs.
