Hope CEO enjoys Davos

Hope PZ is given enough per diem to enjoy all that Davis has to offer! Now get back to work!

PS , Layoffs are coming post STI. Hint, mainly in Operations.

There are lot of people in different groups to be kicked out. PZ met Accenture CEO in Darvos for another deal of business to Accenture. Accenture could be taking over lots of departments (outsourcing) including underwriting as Accenture has a cheap team from India who can serve.

Vidovich was not sacked, he was promoted to UW. Reread the announcement! Also some claims are being blamed for the s@#$show that is IT when Accenture's takeover forced the system crashes that happened throughout 2022 and 2023. Remember some were affected for weeks by being locked out and unable to work. Heard directly from management team about no bonuses. So if you are in claims/uw department that was not affected by said system issues then maybe you are getting bonuses. Not every claims and underwriting works on same IT software.

I read many persons blaming accenture for IT failures and poor perfomances but maybe you are new in town, AIG is an IT shitshow since forever. Stocks are rising (maybe also thanks to constant buyback) but so are the Company results, this is a good thing. I don't like claims going under operations though, this could become a huge problem in the near future when some big boss that has no idea of claims try to put everything into numbers. I'm Happy that vidovich was sacked though

I admit to gossiping but I’m not talking out of my a-s. I eavesdropped on my manager’s meeting with their manager because they leave the door open lol.

How does anyone know what merit or bonus they are getting when planning for those things hasn’t even started? Stop gossiping and talking out of your a-s.

A number of Claims heads left when Accenture came in, stating that they felt this would be the start of the end...

The last post about no bonuses is nonsense.

Source: I am in claims, my group is getting their full bonus. Another claims group we work with is also getting their full bonus.

Hearing most Claims departments were brutally scored during November benchmark quality review. Both adjusters and underwriters whose quality and production scores crashed, (along with the computer systems, after Accenture took over full control of shared services in January 1, 2022; are being blamed for it. Management was warned beginning Spring 2022 how bad it would ultimately affect us when auditers came through., but they assured us "they would take into account everything happening outside of our control."
Right!
Now that Claims has moved under Operations, we're hearing rumors no one is getting merit increases or bonuses because of departments poor benchmarks and production numbers; and that means we could all be RIF'd for poor performance. We were top performing department before Accenture's takeover, now we are likely the scapegoats for the consequences of SERVICENOW's poor performance JUST AS WE PREDICTED WE WOULD multiple times to management over and over in early 2022.

(See the many previous postings on this site describing the problems that started at Accenture's takeover! Claims Set Up has often already blown Our Service Level Agreements with Major Clients delivery time frame before Adjusters even get Claims to review for first time.)

Any basis for the rumor that layoffs are happening to Operations?

Or any specificity as to which groups in Operations?
