Target is a major dumpster fire - marketing department in shambles, leaders not leading, lots of fear, catty group of women. Already people cut and rumor is more are coming. Talented people are trying to escape. Old ways of working are not cutting it anymore.

As a Target shopper I can tell things are changing for the worse. You can sense it & see it in the stores, on the app & in overall advertising. I hope Target hasn't entered the stage of doing everything to save money that alienates the customer.
Agree. I just left the Target "Flagship" Warehouse in Fridley after two years of Disgust. Standards are low...lots of overweight men and women wearing tennis shoes pretending to do Warehouse work at the bare minimum. Target needs to sift threw the nonperforming grifters that permeate the place. Both young and old milking the clock and not doing much but complain (While they are all making between $22 to $32 an hour on average) about Target being a "Company worth Billions." They hire these people they call "Leaders" and give them a yellow vest that actually says "Leader" on the back of it. Then these hires will proceed to WATCH (Seriously, just watch others work!) others and not help to get the work done AT ALL. I saw instances where only one regular employee would show up for a shift in a department, they would have 3 "Leaders" there, and even though like the whole department of like 20 to 30 people were not there...the "LEADERS" would watch the ONE person work a 12 hour shift and just stand there.
They just gave notice to two entire graphics teams today. 1 May is the last day for 20 long time employees. Outsourcing the jobs to India. I guess the billions in profits just wasn’t quite enough?
Do not think this is accurate not aware of this happening at Target
