got 'transitioned' to an outsouring vendor disregarding 28 years of dedication
basically was told no serverance , have one week to accept the offer ..that lists your role lower than you are at GE and oh yeah no guarantees that you will have a job after 6-12 months

BUT be grateful you have a job and we offer training to upskill if needed ,,,,yippee

Layoffs are happening, just being called transitioning to a new contractor. This is what is happening in IT in Vernova, right now! Offer letters expected at the end of March, accept or you no longer have a position.
