Was thinking about Ron declaring that Sunday Times front page about State Street racially engineering the workforce wasn't true and that legal options were going to be explored, did anything come of this?

The downside they never make sure comes out to avoid losing clients.
But the few remaining U.S workers know the truth.
U.S workers unable to use the work being sent to them from India because it is so error ridden. So the U.S workers have to send it back.
The poor U.S worker who cann't send it back but is made by their mgmt to correct the error filled work. The poor U.S worker who tries to tell their Boss, " The reason I am falling behind on my own work/projects. Is because I spend too much time sending work back to India or am forced to fix it before I can use it.
There is a popular computer term, GIGO translation garage in garage out.
Which means give the computer bad information and it will give you bad information results

We have lots of employees here and increasingly we see them a source for a lot of new managers for us.
We think of India as a co-equal location with all other locations at State Street, so as we expand we will think where is the right place for the work and that is determined by where the talent is.
We are very proud of the talent we have in India, we have grown that talent base dramatically. We expect to see a lot of activities in India. It is very important to our business and we will continue to grow in India as the company grows.
