This place is so toxic that people are walking out on their own. I hear about somebody quitting on a daily basis. And I can't blame any of them. The moment I get a good opportunity, I'll be gone as well. At least those who want to stay don't have to worry about layoffs with so many leaving.

They will keep anyone that knows how RAC works. Former manager had 2 hr complaints about shady business practices and code of conduct codes. My 7+% was at an almost 29% yes.. 29% 7+. total Monday open a whopping 39%. Ended up getting demoted their probably hoping I quit so they don’t have to pay me unemployment. Hilariously I’m now training my new store manager and my other employee still calls me boss in front of him. I’m just waiting for someone to retaliate against me so I can sue RAC
Surprised I even got my w2 with all the outsourcing they are doing . Everytime I call the 1800 number no matter what I pick the numbers ring endlessly unless there is a problem with Sims
They still in business ge-z idk how I worked their right when covid hit I wasn't going into people homes and they were trying to make me build a bed lady had covid told the sales lady who didn't say a thing to us she like the manager said it was okay got right into the truck came back and was done with that hood job
I remember working there few years ago I would always feel I make my living off the backs of the poor people .
I left rac after 20 years, I went on to a new career and it was like being reborn. I'm off when I'm off, no weekends and great pay. When you love what you do it's not work. Don't let rac coworkers tell you they love their job because a sane person does not love to harass and take advantage of poor people on a daily basis.
Feels great no more sats and calling the route 4 times and texting harrasing the heck out of people .
I did 4 years in this he-l hole couldn't keep people at all in that time seen least 25 delivery people come and go some last 1 day but most a month . Same with the credit position.
That's what I did after 12 years last November. Waiting for them to go under really half the customers are fake I don't even know how they have survived this long ..
I remember I interviewed here as college grad. This they had a PM interview me asking question he found off the internet and wanted me to reply exactly what he have on the paper. They need to get rid of those incompetent worker
