Does Boston Sci currently hire white males or are they still trying to slam the woke cult Kool aid?
When I interviewed the hiring manager told me to do better in the next round because they wanted to hire a female.
How is this even legal? What next? Only hire people who are stigmatized because they have red hair, are fat, have health issues etc? How can being part of 51% of the population make you a victim?
overemphasize "equity" is bs, bsc is bs about "equity". Racism at that division/location and passed over for promotions & raises
I was told by my buddy who was a former employee, one manager hired all female engineers, only one male engineer, sounds pretty sick for most of right mind ppl.
I quit BSC after being passed-over for multiple promo opportunities. All those promo went to DEI (less talented colored/white females).
Btw if you’re entertaining for leadership roles, please don’t this place will burn you quick.
Men are better engineers on average. They have higher performance in virtually all metrics that make a good engineer, on average compared to women.
Same can be said for women with certain jobs.
How about we treat people as individuals and judge them on the merit? Such a novel idea. Sigh.
Forced diversity using quotas is racism / s-xism. Individuals are unfairly victimized and a person with less merit is hired so the group, company and economy suffer when this happens on a mass scale especially.
Why don't we demand the NBA have a proportional racial makeup to the US population next? See how that goes over with fans and libs when minorities are unfairly treated just as white men are for the sake of "equity".
