What a mess! It's like a never-ending cycle of throwing money at management for bonus payouts while still desperately trying to hire more people. And now they're already planning the next round of layoffs in a few months. Is there even a glimmer of hope left for this sinking ship, or should we just abandon all hope and jump ship immediately? Will we ever see that stock price rise again? Need some serious advise here.

Is it fair to expect the Holly plan to succeed without giving her another rise is salary? That is the American way; the 2024 plan can only be revealed when top notch consultant types are paid more.
It feels like a reality show. "Survivor: Corporate Edition"! At least you'll have a great story to tell at your next job interview! #timetojumpship
I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere… there is little chance things will turn around. Even if you aren’t affected by layoffs, your workload will increase and you will burn out. Things are great on the “other side”
Whether or not layoffs are imminent, my advice remains the same- update your resume and start job hunting while still employed. More layoffs will happen, we just don't know when.
