2.5% raise

To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. How did everybody else do?

Well as predicted 3 ETLs at my store quit after getting their annual reviews. These were 3 of our best TMs. Several other TMs left. A few other leaders looking for other work.

Walmart workers only receive 2% yearly, and no bonuses. Think long and hard before you jump ship.

I got 2.5% also...and was shocked. I actually felt I did a ton that year more than years before. I was super insulted and want to sit down with them but I'm starting to think maybe I'm at my cap...who knows

  1. 4% but mine was prorated and our store is the bottom performer metric wise. Regardless, I haven't had a raise that small since 1997 when I made $5.25hr. Target is going to lose anyone who is halfway competent with these non raises.
