No one gets to entry level leadership positions until they’re 45. Everyone just rotates back and forth between the same types of jobs without moving up.

I work at Chevron and they have sorts of DEI programs like MARC, tons of LGBTQABCDEF, tons of minority programs and woman’s programs and the list goes on. Chevron was a great company about 7 years ago, but it’s not so anymore, however, there are pockets of great groups run by great people. Good luck on the merger and joining Chevron.

Hess is too bloated from the management level. Makes no sense to have multiple Directors and in some instances, multiple Directors for the same functional organization. They just run around telling others what to do to make it seem like they’re busy.
