Accenture to acquire TIAA's record keeping business

Lots of rumors swirling about Accenture purchasing TIAA's record keeping business. Those who know the details are all under NDA but it's not possible to keep something like this a secret for long. Anybody at Accenture have the scoop on details? Rumors indicate TIAA employees would become Accenture employees as part of this deal. What should these new employees expect?

Actually, the TIAA US positions that would be affected are very highly paid.

Voluntary Retirement plan not just for US resources, but almost all the expensive resources across the globe. To be picked up of course by cheap resources in India and offshore ATCs. Quality is of course questionable and will translate to lots of bleeding project over runs and over budgets and customer dissatisfaction.

This is what Accenture typically does. People at captive in India would get rebadged,
Voluntary Retirement plan for US resources and further offshoring in the years ahead.

Amused that a company who focuses on Retirement for US employees now ki-ling US jobs. And remember that this is not highly paid jobs or jobs where skill set is not available.

Guess capitalism wants people to work at retail, Amazon factories or flipping burgers till all these get automated too.
